All items are located inside Hello Village Consignment & Gifts store front; items purchased on location before they are prepared for pick up/shipment will be refunded.

Almost all items are gently used, so there maybe small flaws that you can't see on the photo, however, we will note it in the listing. Photo may not show the true color of the item. We consider all sales final, but we do not want our customers to leave unhappy, please read about our exchange policy below. Please be sure to read the listing for size and description. All shopping can be completed as a pick up order or you may pay for shipping. Orders for pick up will be available during regular business hours. do you offer returns/exchanges?

Upon pick up of your items, you can dispute quality. We will issue you a store credit refund only. Once you leave the store, our return policy is voided. If items are shipped, you have 24 hours upon receipt to dispute the quality, but it is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping. 

 

are you able to combine orders?

We can combine orders, only if we haven't shipped your previous items.

what is your turnaround time?

All packages are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-3  business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipment. 

 

i’ve placed my order, what is next?

Once your order is packaged, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that all of our shipping times are NOT guaranteed.

 
HELLO VILLAGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ONCE IT LEAVES OUR HANDS, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS, WE MOST LIKELY WILL NOT HAVE DUPLICATES OF ITEMS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!

 

how long should it take for my order to arrive?

Once shipped, items will take 1-5 days, depending on your location. 


what should i do if i have not received my package in the time frame stated above?

FIRST CLASS MAIL

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance.  Hello Village will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address.

what if my package is returned to Hello Village?

If your package is returned to Hello Village, you will receive a refund of the SUBTOTAL of your order.  To reship, additional postage will need to be purchased.
